In this video I do 30 minutes of jump rope every day for 30 days. This is my first jump rope challenge, and haven’t had much experience with jump rope workouts in general. I am really proud of my jump rope transformation and the before and after photos that came from this 30 day challenge. I hope it can inspire you guys to try a 30 minute jump rope workout for yourself…or i guess it doesn’t have to be 30 minutes. But try jump rope, and hopefully you can enjoy it as a fun fitness outlet like I have been.
